The Marriot Marquis has an wonderful eating place atop the hotel. it particularly is in a revolving room--all homestead windows and extremely dimly lit. it is not much less costly yet nicely worth it. The view of ny is impressive and the foodstuff is great. pass in the previous sundown (make a reservation)..it particularly is romantic. there's a bar a million floor down, comparable thought.
