My sister's 9 year old boy likes to run into the living room, strip off all his clothes and start masturbating. Any ideas on how to stop this?

Sit him down & explain that this is something he should do in private. Give him consequences for acting inappropriately. You should also investigate where this behavior originated.

First of all, you need to make sure this boy was not abused, my sons did not start until they were 11 or 12, as far as I know, second make sure he understands that doing this in public is not appropriate and also this is a good time to talk with him very serious about sexual abuse.

Give him a good spanking and tie his hands if he won't stop it. Let him stay in his room for a couple of hours tell him there is plenty of time to do it in there.
It is normal at his age to look for attention in a sexual manner as he is only discovering his body but it need to be nipped in the bud immediately. Seriously don't be afraid to spank.

No and why should she it feels good for him and is perfectly normal. However, she needs to explain to him that this is something to do in private ..like his bedroom.

well i must say. that is atrnge situation. 9 yrs oldand already. WOW. well all i can say is see who showed him that no 9 yr old just knows that. there something happening that you dont know about

kids start to discover the pleasure from genitals around this age, and i think he just need to be taught that he needs to do it in private because no one needs to see it...

tell him to do that in his room only and that nobody need to see it. if not he'll get grounded or something taken away
