I don't know about all schools, but:
Biggest High School in the World:
The Rizal High School in Caniogan, Pasig City (eastern Metro Manila) is said to be the world's largest high school in terms of student population. The school has more than 20,000 students.

As far I can tell, there's no authoritative list. The three biggest I've ever seen are the United States Air Force Academy (15000 acres), Duke University (USA, 8800 acres), and Stanford University (USA, 8180 acres).

Don't know if it is the biggest but UBC in Vancouver has approx 50,000 staff and students on its campus most days.
University of Keele in England has the biggest campus in Europe. Go figure. Actually, most of it is farmland.

I assume you are referring to schools for human beings. The School of Hard Knocks is everywhere. It encompasses the entire globe and can extend into our galaxy in the form of failed (or nearly failed) space missions. Geographically speacking, it's definately the largest school.
