"Eggs can be frozen, but not in the shell. It's best to freeze eggs in small quantities so you can thaw only what you need. An easy way to do this is to put them in an ice cube tray. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer container and label. As with any frozen food, it is best to thaw eggs in the refrigerator and use them as soon as they are thawed. Only use thawed eggs in dishes that will be thoroughly cooked. "

My question is this: if you continually have access to the out of date cartons, why would you want to freeze them?

Another question: is this something that your local food bank or homeless kitchen would accept? Do some good in the world and take the eggs where they can be used!

Shell eggs should not be frozen. If an egg accidentally freezes and the shell cracked during freezing, discard the egg. Keep an uncracked egg frozen until needed; then thaw in the refrigerator. It can be hard cooked successfully but other uses may be limited. That's because freezing causes the yolk to become thick and syrupy so it will not flow like an unfrozen yolk or blend very well with the egg white or other ingredients.

sorry eggs dont freeze well, instead of saving them up and possibly tossing them out donate them to a soup kitchen, rest home or child care centers where I am sure they would be very happy to have the extra food

I'm sure you could freeze them after they are cooked. They would most likely bust if you freeze them raw.
There are products in the freezer section that contain cooked eggs. Key word is "COOKED"!
