Don't know of any place right now. But I would suggest the new aquarium downtown Atlanta. I'm not sure what it would cost but I know they do have reception rooms. I've seen it in a magazine and you have the glass to the aquarium in the reception room. It looks pretty neat. Maybe a theme that there may be more fish in the sea but they found their one and only. Maybe even Stone Mountain park might have something.

Check your local hotels. Most of them have conference rooms. Try also your local Elks, Moose, VFWs, etc.
Sometimes even a local church will allow such a party.
