i thank you all but yes it is sp2 as i downloaded it when it first came out and it did what it's doing now the only reason i downloaded it again was i was told it had got better but thats a joke on me the last time i had to reinstall pc but this time i hope to get a better answer so far none yet.

well i still dont know what ur lookin for and what help do u need but anyways if u want to uninstall sp2 > control panel > add and remove software and click on show updates and uninstal
