I don't recommend "fasting" or "starving" your body is a good way to loose weight. Here is the thing take away between 250 kilo calories to 500 kilo calories from your normal diet (which is a diet that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks in between). In addition to this run, lift weight, swim, play tennis, or do some kind of an exercise. Try to burn at least 250 kilo calories every time you exercise.
Here is the thing if you work out and watch your diet at the same time, based on what I told you will be loosing at least 1 lbs of pure fat every week this will be followed by building more muscle which will speed up your metabolism.
Remember if you are starving yourself next time you eat your body stores all that energy you get to maintain your homeostasis (being able to survive) as fat in your body so it's not recommended.

By not eating you are slowing down your metabolism! Eat 6 small meals a day and dont eat past 6pm.
Ex: Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, healthy weight loss or protein shake.
For snacks, eat 1 granola bar, a piece of fruit, or a few pieces of fresh vegetables
This regimen only works if you are exercising though! You need to get you heart rate up and speed up that metabolism! Go to the gym 3-4 times a week for atleast 30 min.

Instead of bingeing once a week, why not try eating small amounts instead? If you fix your plate with the usual amount of food that you eat and then remove one third of it to another container to reheat for another meal you should steadily lose weight. If that works for you try removing one half. Bingeing may stretch your stomach so you want to eat more.

Stop doing that! That is an unhealthy way of trying to loose weight!
How about signing up with a local Gym? Excersising for at least 30 mins a day.
Eating healthy. No fatty foods, lots of vegetables, fruits, and grains.

No it's not bad. As long as you get moderate exercise n such. Once a week isn't bad @ all. In fact, a lot of people do this. They have Friday/Saturday nite "binge nights"

You are retarded. You need to eat. Eat small portions every day. You lost a little bit, but soon your body will go into shock and you will not be able to lose weight. Have fun in eating-disorder rehab!

Watch your calories input. Not eating is not the best answer. You can choose to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, and avoid carbohydrates like potatoes and wheat products, or take them sparingly. Once you follow these simple rules, you will be home and dry, and shade a lot of that fat.

Well definately not eating is not the answer to lossing weight but to really getting sick. Your body is probably not used to having food that when you do eat it comes back up. You need to eat healthy with a balanced schedule.
