Get a handycam and propose to the handycam. Cut a CD and then casually drop it in front of her. tell her to review and comment on the document. then leave.

Keep in mind first snd formost of what YOU BOTH would be comfortable with.
Don't take her to a stadium full of people, knowing she's shy, or that you hate crowds. It doesn't always have to be a huge event, to make it important to both of you.
renting a cabin for the week-end in the woods, cooking dinner and proposing during desert, is simple, works well and if you're both outdoor lovers, is a bonus.
Or a favored restaurant, a place of first meeting. wherever, whatever, whenever. The funky feeling of nervousness will go away, once she realise what you're doing, everything up to that.....
Is normal, it's part of love

You need to take her out to eat at a nice restaurant. Let the restaurant know what you are doing before hand so you can have them help you. After eating, order a desert and have them bring out the desert and on the desert have it in writing ..."will you marry me" Might have to bring in a little single size cake with the writing already on it.
Or you could order a nice glass of wine or a drink that can be put in a wine glass and have the ring tied to it.

If it can be arranged take her out on a carriage ride and at the end of the ride, have a picnic set up with a few of her favorite things and as she is getting out of the carriage get down on one knee and propose!

well u must tell ur budget, its my great way 2 propose n i request u that if u r from NCR(india) then do not follow.
Go to ur local cinema hall and ask them to run few lines of proposal (decide ur self, u can create some PPT too) in specific show which u both can attend

Just ask her how she would feel if you asked her to marry you! And if her birthday is soon then wait for it and then when its her bday and say you got a big present for her. And then propose!

tell it to her what you really feel and how much you are willing to have the matrimony of joining hands together for eternity. do it in a very romantic and very passionate way so she wont hesitate but could only say yes..
