You feel full until you think of that lovely oozing dessert mmmmmmmmmmm, Of course we all love sweet things and a main meal is not complete without a good pudding and then you are completely stuffed...

I often have some clean fruit or consistent with threat a yoghurt - good after a easy or heavy meal. I actual have a tendency to have the extra "formal" cakes whilst i'm eating out. via the way, even although the luxury foodies now call all cakes "puddings", I continuously think of of a "pudding" as a heat, stodgy sponge-sort affair with some form of prosperous, candy sauce - the form of component you will possibly have with custard. i do no longer think of i ought to stand that once a significant meal ... yet i ought to probable f-o-r-c-e myself to have some ice cream!

Maybe your tastebuds get bored of the taste of the main meal and make you feel full, then when you see or smell the pudding they think yum! I'm hungry!

This is because we have a "cake belly", which is completely separate from our main stomach. The cake belly can fit in plenty of cake, and indeed any pudding, no matter how full the main stomach is.

Eating a meal is hard work for the body and it gets tired. It therefore craves sugar because it will give the body a boost.
