Do I need Visa?

I have got UK travel document and I want to go to Lithuania but i do not know if i can go without visa or not? help me plz.

To go to UK you do not need a Visa. They will decide when you get there if you can stay or if you should go back home. That is how they work. About Lithuania, I am not sure. For what I heard when you are inside Europe you can go anywhere. The difficult part is to get inside. Good Luck.
