I've helped do a few and the cost to add the a/c to a vehicle without is almost the same as just buying the vehicle with A/C without having someone having half the vehicle torn apart to do it.

But it is at least $1400 parts and labor (Last one I did was like $900 for the parts alone (but this was 2003)

I did find one kit for your truck... it's $1200 for the parts and figure about another $500 for labor and other stuff not included in the kit

either live without the a/c or pass.. Sorry

it extremely relies upon on what makes use of of the truck your comparing.....they're the two super autos, and in spite of the reality that I surely have an 02 ranger, im attempting to be easy...his is a ninety seven and nevertheless on the line giving an 05 a run for its funds. that announces lots precise there. yet so an prolonged way as figuring out on up chicks on the mall, maximum could extremely get right into a extra moderen F150 than an previous ranger...you adult males ought to easily understand which you're no longer comparing apples and apples...yet as long as your the two overjoyed which includes your autos you will the two be merely superb....we could chop up the version and merely say mine is extra effective haha

more than selling it and buying one with A/C from the factory.

A/C needs an additional radiator up front, high pressure lines, compressors, heavy duty electrical and much more...

its not just a 'switch' thats missing...

A/C is a $1000+ factory option for a reason...

I would just roll down the windows, or sell it if its that bad...

Parts + labor would most likely cost more than the difference by selling yours...
