I am being stalked by someone that I have never been able to get close enough to identify. The face always seems to be obscure. I went to the cops but they say they cannot do anything without some type of proof. They also cannot issue a restraining order without a name. They are always in different vehicles, or on foot. I tried several times to chase after them but to no prevail. When I look at the all they do is constantly steer at me and put there hands over there lips, kind of like “Shhhh-ing” me. Sometimes they leave little things on my doorstep such as a few grains of wild rice, or a piece of paper with the word "Returns" on it. I do not know what to do anymore. SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE AND HELP ME! !

Well, I must tell you the one person I know who can keep you in all things. That is the Lord. Pray for wisdom when dealing with foolish people.
Get the license plate number for every car that he drives. Turn them in to the police. Also everything he sends you, he probably left finger prints on it. Take that also.
Remember you may turn them in to the police, but pray that they come up with something. Do not put your trust in man because man will fell you. Put all your trust in the Lord.
I pray that you will not allow this to hinder your life. Act like he is not even there. The bible says acknowledge him in all we do and we will direct our paths.

Your best bet is pretend u are not being stalked and then the one stalkin u will simply talk to u.
Sounds like this may be an admirer more than a stalker.
A real stalker is a threat to a life and leaves death notes.
Ask the guy that u think is stalkin u his name and have a conversation with him. It could be a cousin or friend from your past trying to look u up.
This dont sound like a stalkin case, and there is no threats.
U are overexaggerating and need to get a grip on what really is.
If this is truly a stalker, u can get license plates number off cars or some kind of identitity like take a picture.

You need to invest in either a camera phone, or a disposable camera. When you see them, snap the shot. Also, when they leave those things on your doorstep, you need to get a plastic baggy and place them in it. Take it to the police station so they can check for finger prints. Another thing, stalkers love the fact that their victims are afraid. You need to shout as loud as you can the next time you see that person, "What is it that you want and why do you keep following me". This will draw attention to them. Another thing, let you friends, family, neighbors, and anyone else who is willing to listen know about what's going on. The more attention that is brought this this sick pervert, the safer you will be. Do not show fear to this person, stand firm and let them know you are sick of what they are doing and you are doing something about it. Good luck and GOD bless you.

Hey. You need some definite proof. Bring a digital camera with you everywhere you go. Make sure it can zoom pretty far. Take pictures of all of this then call the police and tell them the story. Or If you find him you should follow him.

Save the paper, take pictures of them and anything they leave. If the cops still won't help, hire a private investigator or a bodyguard. Good luck.

next time he follow you call the police immediatly and tell them you need someone possible in a unmarked car to arrive in advance give the police what they are wearing what kind of car they are in or a describtion on something or possibly vehicle tag numbers. this way he will be surprise when they could and will have less chances of getting away

Whom ever it is one sick puppy. All ways keep you some kind of protection around and stop going places by your self.Also can you tell if its m/f .Also you can get somebody to stand across the street as if they dint know you and watch for their selves ,maybe this can help identify the person and see which way they run to.

get closed camera system installed so you can get them on camera leaving you things. they're not that expensive. also i would invest in a nice firearm AND training. a gun in an untrained hand is 100 times more dangerous.

it serioulsy sounds like some kind of cult so i would take that seriously

You could purchase a binocular camera so you could zoom in on them from a distance and take a digital photo. Under $60 and could really be a valuable tool for you.
