Have you tried Open University? I'm doing a Psychology Degree with them so I'm sure they must do some Photography courses. Check www.open.ac.uk and hopefully you will find what you are looking for. Courses are quite reasonably priced too. The total of a whole degree with them usually costs about the same as one year of tuition at regular uni. However, all courses might not be the same price.

A good thing you can do is attending a comprehensive photography course. If you can't afford it there are many online courses available.

Yeah, there are some online schools but they still cost alot. And I'd only suggest it if you know you can understand without alot of hands on learning. I know I couldn't.
