He calls other women hot..?

I met him 8 months ago at the hospital and brought him a teddy bear. We met online and he showed my pic to everyone and their mom. It was love at first sight. Today, he says that he fell in love with me because of the teddy bear I got him, and commented there were HOT nurses there that day, but he only thought of me. That makes me feel so un-attractive. lol He called me beautiful once and pretty other times, but it was part of a question. But he comments on other women about them being beautiful, "hot chicks".. on TV etc., etc. Any of you feel like you have the same problem? As if you're not pretty enough or HOT enough for your man? And why won't they call you beautiful? Maybe because they already know that you are and doesn't want to inflate your confidence?? Help guys.

I just think that you should be the most beautiful girl in your man's eyes. But why don't they express that?

Me and my Fiance have been together for 4 years, and we feel comforatble enough in our relationship (we know we love each other, we know we both find each other atattractive) to be able to look at other people and go wow he/she is good looking. You could look at it in a different way he's calling these women hot, but guess who he's with.. thats right..you.. that must mean something to you. Maybe he thinks you are comfortable enough knowing that you are the one he is with and that he finds you beautiful, to say such things about other women.Take it as a step foward in your relationship, be happy he is comfortable enough to tell you what he is thinking.

My husband and I have been married almost 18 years now, but he still makes all the sounds that come with seeing a good looking women. On T.V. or Movies or walking down the street. It is just men being men. He tells me he loves and that i look pretty, not alot but enough to know he means it. I look at guys to and say the same things he does He gives me these "OH YEH" looks so he knows how it feels to be on the other end. I say well honey you are not as young as you use to be and that guy is hot. He can not say a thing cause he does it too. SOo a little pay back is OK
It hurts some but after this long i know my man is with me cause of a life long comment.

Okay. Speaking as a single guy, I call attractive women "hawt" all day long. That does not mean I'm going to hook up with them, it does not mean I think about them all the time, it does not mean I want to know their phone number, what they like/dislike...it doesn't mean anything. All it does mean is that for a brief moment in time, I appreciate the female form. Now. If your man seems to be focusing more on other ladies instead of you, and you want him to notice you more, it's time to knock him over with a feather. The next time you go out for a date, wear something that makes you feel sexy (I'm a big fan of the ladies in the little black dress, for example). This will boost your confidence, and whether he knows it or not, his too. If he doesn't notice you or compliment you when all eyes are on you, then I think you have some problems.

Not sure how old you are, but this doesn't sound like a mature relationship at all. First of all, no he should not be discussing other women in the context he is doing so, it is very disrespectful.

However, it shouldn't make you feel unattractive when he does. You should be more confident in yourself, and while it is very nice to hear, you should not depend on his compliments to make you feel good.

Finally, if he believes that you know you are attractive or beautiful and he witholds compliments so as not to "inflate" your confidence, this is a cruel manipulation tactic which would mean he is very insecure himself.

Please reevaluate this relationship, I encourage you to take an honest look at yourself.

Do the reverse move on him, See how he reacts. Like I was watching Dancing with the Stars last night and Man that Mario was just freaking HOT! All my girlfriends think so too.

When he reacts badly, then apology for hurting his feelings. Then mention that all those "hot nurses" hurt yours too.

Oh, Honey- I was just telling you what I thought. I love you, he is just a Guy on tv, but I sure like the way I feel when you say those things about me.

Also saying "hot and sexy" is also clues that he maybe horny.
My man uses those terms more often when he is.... just fyi!

Ok, first of all. The whole "hot" thing. You may be comfortable with your girlfriend calling another guy "hot", but to girls this is a BIG no-no. Girls take this very personally. It has a lot to do with self esteem, but mostly, us girls just like to think we are the one and only hottest woman in the world. And we like guys who make us feel like the most beautiful creatures they have ever seen on god's green earth, and treat us the gift we are. lol About the whole dumping thing, beforehand I would have said she shouldn't dump you just for saying that, but talk to you about how it made her feel. That was BEFORE I read about how you slept with another woman. I'm sorry, but no true "Christian" would do that. Everybody makes mistakes this is true, but you cheated on your girlfriend who you claim to love! At this point, I am on her side. I'm sorry, but you should be dumped. After all, maybe the "hot" woman is looking for a relationship with you?

He's with you, you are the most beautiful girl in his eyes. About a year ago my wife and I were watching TV when the camera went to this guy she said "wow he's hot." But you know what? Beauty is only skin deep. I'm sure you saw a few hot guys, maybe you didn't bark it aloud but you thought 'he's hot.' As long as he's faithfull to you don't sweat it.

Some people are less comfortable telling someone how they feel about them. They might be able to very easily talk about what they think about someone else, but when it comes to telling someone something to their face its something different. Its just a matter of how comfortable he is expressing himself, personally I'd take every opportunity to remind my girlfriend just how beautiful she is. Oh, yes a guy's girlfriend should be the most beautiful girl in his life, even if she's not the best looking, she should be the most beautiful because of the combination of who she is, what she looks like, and what she means to him.

Its the same with me he has all these hot women on his page these models and chicks and he always says hot like "maria from wwe is soo ******* hot!" so what am I ???? I feel bad because I know Im not as hot as them and even thought he once said sexy.... I dont like that becausee hes never seen me completely (only a picture in my display) and I feel like hes only saying that to make me feel better! and I hate the fact that hes got all these chicks in his profile top 8 on mymspace it looks so eeww like thats all he thinks about and hes like aperv or something! I wish guys werent like that when they say they get serious! I guess if you want to know if he is hell stop saying that or if not he should if you tell him if he doesnt then he doesnt care! youre not trying to change him he can talk that stuff with his friends youre just trying to get him to be serious about you thats hwat you should say!
