sitting on chair when it broke-teppermans says it was abuse-no kids here-they want me to pay for it -close to waranty ending
who do i get a hold of???

Keep going higher in the people you are contacting. Ask to speak to a supervisor or manager. I believe there is a better business bureau in Canada, if so, contact them if all else fails. Wish you luck.

i would call the manufacter again and again and again until you get your chair sometimes you have to do this otherwise you get nowhere.I hate to be blunt but is the set a cheaper one or on sale.?that could be why your having this problem they can't replace it because they don't have it go to there website if they have one i've done all this and gotten my things
