I ran out of bottled water and drank milk. Just wanna know if that's bad.

Nothing beats water, and you prob. should have settled for tap water before switching to milk. Milk would be closer to having a sports drink (without the electrolytes), because the sugar would give you energy, but would rob the milk of some of its hydrating power.

As in when you are actually doing the exercise? If so, I think I would puke.

Milk is not bad. Just make sure its fat free milk and dont overdo it. Milk contains calories and you have to account for them

It isn't bad per say but water is definitely better because milk has to be digested like food so it is to a lesser degree like eating while exercising.

its not "bad" for u in the sense that doing so will damage u adversely...

water is the best liquid recommended during exercise because it rehydrates u quickly. milk just gives ur system more work to do...

... if i were u, i;d stick to water. but dont worry that nething adverse is gonna happen cos u drank milk.

It isn't as hydrating as water and milk does thicken up the sputum in your throat which makes it harder to breathe. It won't have any permanent effects but it is much better to drink water than milk.

Not bad. water preferrably. Milk is ok, but still get water afterwards.

I don't think it is bad but it will make you more thirsty
