if the address was close and it was a small envolope i would deliver it. If it was a parcel or the address was 2 far away i would leave it or tell someone else

If I felt like it I might pick it up and toss it in the mailbox or to be honest I might just leave it where it was in the street.

Take it to the post office. Of if you aren't cheap throw a stamp on it and mail it directly.
