First of all let me say that I'm sorry that you and that little baby are going through this. You couldn't really blame him for dating someone else because you guys weren't seriously dating, you guys were lusting for each other. He was in the wrong when he gave you the impression that he wanted to have a relationship with you.
You need to explain to that ignorant man that the reason why doctors give women a 40 week pregnancy, which equals out to being 10 months, instead of 36 week (9 months) is because it is an estimate. They cannot be exactly sure, and neither can you, of when exactly you conceived that bundle of joy. Just because you had the baby 6 days early, doesn't mean jack s**t. I have three kids and my middle child was a week late, that doesn't mean that I slept with someone else, that means that she wasn't ready to come out yet.
The only thing I can say to you is to go to court and ask for child support. Is his name on the birth certificate? Then either the court will issue a paternity test or he'll dispute the claim of being the father and he'll ask for one. Either way you'll get the paternity test that he needs to see that he IS that baby's father. This is just his way of weaseling out of the responsibility of having to take care of a child and do not let him get away with this. Good luck to you!

You could try to take him for child support, but that would be a legal issue and he would have to take a paternity test. Or you could just be happy with your child and raise her by yourself like many women do. You need to think about if you really want this guy in your daughters life? He is obviously not father material and he may cause nothing but disappointment in her life. You need to consider all the options and what you are willing to do. There are ways to force men to pay child support but it is a long complicated legal battle. I have a friend that went through the same thing and she just cut her losses and is enjoying her new little girl and doing just fine raising her with the support of friends and family. Good luck

You need to get the courts involved and force him to take a DNA test, then he will have no choice, and if he is the father, you can further request the court to enforce an order for child support.

Warn him that if he doesnt do the test you will go to court and get it done and he will owe you child support for all these months. So, he's better of doing this now with you and negoitating something between both of you on how much he needs to pay child support.

What a jackass!! I'm so sorry that this happened to you.. It's really up to you on what to do.. If you think he's going to be a good daddy then take him to court and force a DNA test on him.. If he's just going to be a dead beat daddy then maybe you shouldn't subject him on you kid!! Hope everything works out for you..

File for child support he will be submitted to a DNA test, if you didn't cheat on him he will have to pay up. Sounds like he wouldn't be a very good father any way, I would file for child support and move on I sure you are a great mom and want to do everyhting for your child!!

Sue that ******. Get an attorney involved and he will have to take a paternity test, then sue him for emotional distress, undue financial burden and undue stress, along with any and all back child support. What a di(k.

He doesn't seem ready to be a father. I would ge him to pay child support. He may have to take a paternity test if you named him as the father. He needs to own up to his responsibilities, after all, it did take 2 poeple to make that baby.

I believe that Friend of the COurt can make him take one if you believe he is the father. Then he will be forced to at least pay support, but you can't force him to be a father.
Good luck to you!
