If you bought it frozen it's probably cooked already. Defrost in microwave and steam or boil for ten to fifteen minutes, just until heated. Good luck

Sure you can. There are several choices in good stores. You can get different kinds of crab meat including the leg meat already pulled.

One of my favorites, and easy enough that my ten-year-old son made this for dinner recently (with my supervision, but he did all the work of prep and cooking):
Linguine in white crab sauce
8 oz (450 g) lump crabmeat (available from your fish market; we have also used tinned crab)
1 tablespoon each butter and olive oil
1 medium shallot, minced fine
1 rounded tablespoon flour
Juice of one-half lemon
1/2 cup dry white wine (if you prefer not to use wine, substitute chicken stock and the other half of the lemon)
Italian parsley, minced (about 2 tablespoons after mincing)
Start your pasta water; if you're using dried linguine (which take about 10-12 minutes to cook), put them in and start the sauce when you have about 6 minutes left on the timer. If you're using fresh linguine, they take about two minutes, so have the water boiling but cook the sauce first. (It can rest off the heat for two minutes while the fresh pasta cooks.)
To make the sauce: Heat a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, then add butter and olive oil. When the butter stops foaming, add the minced shallots and stir to cook. When they are translucent, add the crab meat and stir -- it's already cooked, so you just need to heat it through.
Toss the flour over the crab and shallots, stirring to coat. Add the lemon juice and white wine (or chicken stock), in a thin stream, stirring to dissolve the flour into the liquid. Let it bubble for a minute or two to thicken the sauce, then add the Italian parsley. Season to taste (salt and a little black pepper).
Serve immediately over the pasta, with a verdicchio, pinot grigio, or even a gewurztraminer (preferably one from Alto Adige), especially if you go for one of the spicier alternatives.
And those spicy alternatives are: I like to add a dash of crushed red pepper into the olive oil/butter mix, but my son's still learning to appreciate spicy food. However, I've also made this with a half-teaspoon of prepared curry powder and it's great -- there's something wonderful about crabmeat and curry.

You can find lump crabmeat in most supermarkets in the seafood section. Costco sells it canned under the Phillips label.

Steam it until it is the right color and then sautee it with a little butter and garlic.
