Is Xanadu on, I think, 13th Street in NYC still open?

I think that's the street it is/was on. It's a coffee house type place. If I'm incorrect with the address, please correct me. I know there is/was a few around the city, but that's the one I'm curious about.

I'm not from NYC, but I just went to whitepages.com, and it came up with nothing.

I think it's somewhere in central Asia because:
