He has to be, because he created diamonds. According to some philosophers (Aristotle,Plato, Aquinas) everything in the world is measurable to degrees of perfection. If god is perfect than all physical matter is measurable to his perfection therefore less perfect. Philosophically we can apply this theory and see that God logically must be more beautiful than diamonds because they are of his own creation and therefore less perfect than the creator they originated from. We can ponder the intricate beauty of a diamond and recognize the wonder and awe of Gods creation and feel closer to him. I personally feel humbled when I observe the beauty, intricisy and Intelligent Design found throughout the universe, I am able to recognize God as a perfect being the creator of all matter, time and space nothing can be considered more beautiful then the Lord. The degree of his perfection is unimaginable and incomprehensible.
