Well, I would first compliment him on something, and then ask him if he wants to hang out sometime. If he says yes, it's probably going to work out. If no say okay that's fine and try again later. I hope it all works out!

if he is a good friend then tell Him If he feels the same things will be great but if he doesn't then, If he is a good friend, will say sorry i dont feel the same way you do. and wont make a big deal out of it. It may hurt at first but after a while you will get over it and u will know how he feels. then you can hang around him more and maybe after you hang around him alot he may realize that he dose like you. And then snag him then just Be there for him and he will some day turn to you and that's when u turn on him.

Sounds like the guy is shy in reality. He may be playing with your emotions.
U will have to write him a note which will hit his brain quicker.
Tell him in a note how ya feel and if he feels the same way, he will tell u back in person.
Dont get discourage if it aint mutual , cause guys can be self-servin jerks and mess wid your mind.
There are other guys out there if he is not interested, give it a try if he makes u happy.
If he is just confusing u then he is playing the field and could care less about your emotions. dog eat dog world it is.

You have to tell him. Otherwise you'll never know how he feels about the situation. I suggest that you do so outside of your work environment. Maybe meet for lunch, coffee or dinner perhaps.

If you don't tell him, he'll never know how you feel and you could end up losing out on a great guy. If you do tell him, you could find out that he feels the same way but didn't say anything for the same reason that you haven't said anything to him yet.

Sometimes, flings can turn into lasting relationships. But for the most part, they don't. I would suggest telling him that you think you have feelings for him, if he seems like he does too then tell him you are falling in love. If not then leave it alone

If he is your best friend, then you should talk to him about your feelings. If this was "just a fling" then you should get to know him better before you decide to go "all-in". He may not be the Prince Charming you thought he was.

Real love happens when you spend alot of time with a person, have mutual respect and it also takes time. A short fling usually does not mean love.

Well different things can happen. For one you could lose him, but on the other hand he might feel the same way about you. Keep your head up and go for it.

the best thing is for you to tell him it is better to tell him then to wonder what if you didnt tell him. You never know he might be thinking the same as you. and if he dont feel the same way there are plenty of other fish in the sea.
