So long as you don't drink a large amount of coffee you should be fine but the more creamers you use the more calories you are taking in. I would make one suggestion though and that is to get rid of the equal and switch to splenda as equal can contribute to things like increased headaches and joint pains etc.

depends on how much you want to lose...I went to straight coffee, drank a full glass of water before eating, and walked extra...lost down to where I am pleased in about 8 months---never had time or money to go to gym with raising a family...good luck

according to Ted Broer the equal is bad for you. look him up and listen to what he has to say. he is amazing and knows a lot about getting fit and staying healthy for the rest of your life. he is in his 50's and looks like he's in his 30's

try to switch to herbal tea.
there are not that many calories in what you suggest.
but does your stomach really enjoycoffee?

there is little nutrition in this consumption.
