i don't know hwo to tell him and my youth pastor dosen't really trust him but i do plez help

First, always trust your elders. If a Youth pastor finds him to be untrustworthy, than you should take your cue from them. I am not saying that you should do that for every topic, but when it comes to knowing someone, I have found that the older you are, the more capable you are of knowing how others truly are.
Ask yourself, do you trust him? Is he a good friend? If he is not a good friend, then get to know him. You will never know more about someone unless you become their friend first. It is a lot better than spilling your heart to him and having him trample on it.

just start to talk to him as a normal friend. get to know him before u let him know u like him

If u like him.. hang out with him some, give him hints... then I would just tell him, but I am pretty straight forward with ppl ... Good Luck!

you could always do the "use a friend" technique. just get one of your friends to tell one of his friends that you're interested in him.
