I waited. It was funny because everyone asks what you are having, and I liked not being able to tell them. I wanted to wait and have it be a surprise.

The other bonus I thought of is that any gifts you receive, or if you have a baby shower, if you don't know the sex then people can only get you unisex items. That way you will have non-gender basics not only now, but also for the future. Then you won't end up with a bunch of all girl or all boy stuff and have to buy all new things in the future if you have a child of the opposite sex. I had a girl, so now of course I have a bunch of girl clothes and everything, but at least I have the neutral basics in case I need them in the future.

I had sex 4 weeks after my second daughter replaced into born. I felt large, wasn't painful and we used a condom. I requested the overall practitioner about it for the period of my postpartum verify up and he suggested if it did not damage then so be it. It relies upon on how the mummy feels. 6 weeks is an estimation. some females experience gentle doing it quicker and some females experience gentle doing it lots later. So, i imagine you'd be tremendous. only you'd be desiring to apply protection getting pregnant back this quickly is really volatile.

As soon as my husband & I found out we were going to have a baby, my husband said he didn't want to know the sex, I on the other hand did. As my pregnancy went on, I too decided I didn't want to know, I wanted something to look forward to during labor. It gave me a little extra strength, just knowing that not only was I going to meet my baby after it was all over, I was going to find out if it would be a daughter or a son. I got to hear the doctor say "It's a girl!" and be truely surprized. I know it wasn't ideal getting all yellow and green things for the baby and the nursery, but I would take yellow and green over pink/blue again to have that moment in the delivery room! It was truely amazing!!! Good luck to you!!

I would find out if I was you. That way you can have everything ready (meaning pink or blue) when the baby comes. I would want to have the nursery all ready and decorated in one color or the other. I'm not much of a fan of greens and yellows. But your right, it would be REALLY hard to keep a secret like that! Good luck.

If it is on your mind that much ask your fiance if it would be okay for you to find out but not tell him; if this is the response you choose, if not do not do anything and wait patiently until your little bundle of joy arrives.

Congratulations and good luck

It's every parents choice. I found out with both my children, and was so happy when I did. Once I knew I was having girls, I was able to run out and buy all the adorable little girls clothes and bedding, and have everything ready for my little girls when they came home from the hospital. And I still had the excitment of what they would look like to look foward to.

I've always wanted to know. I found out every one of mine before they were born because I don't like not knowing. It's a personal decision, but it your case, if you can't keep a secret this good, and your fiance doesn't want to know, then I suggest you don't find out cuz you will slip with your tongue.

With my first I found out and it was the greatest moment ever... My husband and I were sooooo excited it was a boy and we were able to call him by his name through most of the pregnancy.. With my daughter we found out and it was great especially for my son. He knew that Sophia was in mommy's belly and now she's 4 mths and they have the greatest relationship. My son is 4 and is super protective of her.. It's great to know
