Well leave his sorry A** if you know for a fact this is goin on. That or you can always set him up somehow and catch him red handed.
Also it depends on how long you have been together? If you are saying you know and wanna work things out with him then I guess you guys need to confront the issue together and see how he feels and if he wants out then let him go. Maybe he needs some time to realize what he is takin for granted. Be strong and best of luck!

Simple enough to say but harder to do.........despite being more rewarding in the long term.
Let him know that he's been found out, walk away and sever all ties. Delete his number, IM address and make sure that he cannot contact you in any way, shape or form without your consent.
Become completely independent of him, throw yourself back into your usual social circle and revel in your new found freedom from an idiot that treated you with so little consideration and respect.
Don't get hung up on him, try and be as care-free as possible and not dwindle on how he hurt/betrayed you because if he senses that you miss him this will feed his ego. Be as indifferent as you can when ever anyone mentions him or you bump into him. It'll make him feel small, insignificant and hopefully ashamed.

Well you have the following options.
1) you can cheat him....all is fair in love and war
2) Bear it and go on.
But best is.
3) Dump his cheating butt! Because he will NEVER change. Even if he breaks up with that girl, what happens when he sees the next cute girl.
Save yourself the heartache there are a billion other nice guys out there. Go look!

I'd probably dump him, myself. But define "cheating". Because breaking up with your long-time boyfriend because he flirted with another girl isn't cheating.
