If you don't hate him and want to live you lives "blessed together" than you should tell him that. If you really love him you don't have to wait for him to come crawling back to you. Call him up and tell him how you feel. Being honest is key.

I am not sure what you are asking but if you don't want to be with him then just tell him that you don't. If you do want to be with him then you go to him and tell him and just keep the talking going through out the relationship. Good Luck.
