There is a new girl at school driving me nuts... how do i get her to noitce me so we can get to know each other... girls only what do you look for in guys?

Introduce yourself to her and start off with some small chat... let it go naturally from there. Be yourself and have some confidence... i look for guys that are sincere, honest, funny, cute, can make me smile, a good listener...the usual basic stuff every girl wants.

Just start a conversation with her about a current event going on in your area. Then you can lead into something like, "Do you have any plans this weekend, you can tell her what your plans are." See if she acts interested. I notice guys that are friendly, outgoing and honest to themselves. Guys who respect and take good care of their mothers usually make awesome boyfriends. When you are around her, don't keep looking at your cell phone or check out all the girl's around you, we hate that, it's rude.

When I was still looking, I looked for sincerity, compassion and honesty. Someone who wanted to know ME and not just my body always topped my list of favorites. In truth, I think when it comes to a relationship, girls want the same things boys do.

Be very upfront and honest with her. It is always refreshing to meet an honest guy. Next of all just be yourself. If she likes you then good, but don't try to turn into a completely different person to impress anyone.

You need to grow some balls and go talk to her. Sorry, that's kinda rude, but its the truth.
If you like her go up to her, don't like out right hit on her, but get to know her, maybe become friends with her.
Sitting on the side lines will get you no where, believe me.
Just be yourself, be charming and show her that you are good guy, and if she likes you back things will happen

Do you have any classes with her ? Cause if you do it makes it pretty easy. If not, ask one of your female friends to talk to her for you...not asking her out for you but to talk to her about the guys in school and who she thinks is cute and what she would do with that guy ( as in you )

i like for a guy that is sensitive and caring. someone to share your experiences with, that will be there for you when you need them.

If he has a nice smile, if he has a nice butt, if he treats me nicely, and if he is nice to other boys also he has to have confidence not to much but not to little... giggle. also you might ask her her phone number, some times it's easier to say this stuff on the phone sometimes....
