worry not. the best way to deal with him is to avoid his advances. avoid being alone with him. avoid talking to him on non-work related stuffs. the key is, avoid him. he will get the idea.

Well... what is to be scared.... u have the power... if he bothers you once work sexual harrassment lawsuit.... from you english (no offence meant) it seems you may not live in a country where thsi applies, if this is that case tell your husband to walk in one day and kiss you on you lips.. and then you introduce that guy to your husband, and your husband shakes that guys hand and says... so your the one who think he can hit on my wife... (only works if the husband is bigger and stronger in look then the guy)

Well you should sit him down and tell him that you are very flattered BUT you are happily married and he scares you with all of his come on's. Just be honest with him and tell him that you would like this to be professional only and to please stop. If this don't work then find another job and report him. But if you need the job really bad find another one while you work this one. But I think if you sit him down and just be honest with him he will understand and stop. Good Luck, I wish you well.

there is no easy answers for a problem like this, you have got to show him that you are a professional in your business and don't reply if he makes an approach, show that you are serious and firm about your job, use body language to prove that you are not interested in flirty behaviour, if that does not work give him a peace of your mind beacuse some people will not get it no matter what

Be honest with him... explain that you really like the job and you want to maintain a professional relationship with him. Tell him you are happily married and do not want to jeopardize your marriage or your career. Also tell him that you don't want the work atmosphere to be awkward either. good luck and follow your instincts

Explain to your boss that since you are MARRIED, you cannot go out on a date with him.
If he persists, that's called sexual harassment, and you can 1) report him to your local Human Rights Commission and 2) file a big fat lawsuit
If he doesn't back off, tell him you're calling your lawyer!!!

that's sexual harrassment, plain and simple. just let new guy know that you're not interested and if he doesn't stop, that you'll have no choice but to tell someone higher up.
