Thanks for looking, and if you have any ideas, or any of your favorite recipes you would like to share that would be great. I'm trying to eat healthy, but I get tired of eating the same thing for breakfast.

1) Whole grain toast with almond butter as a change from peanut butter, and an apple. Gala apples are amazing, if you can find them.

2) Hot cereal with a handful of dried fruit. As a change from oatmeal or cream of wheat, you can make hot cereal from grape nuts that is really good!
- Pour grape nuts into microwave safe bowl
- Skim milk to cover the top of the grape nuts
- Microwave 1 minute, then stir in dried fruit (and brown sugar if you want) and microwave another 1 minute. If it's too thick, add more milk.

3) Smoothies with any kind of fruit and yogurt, mixed in the blender. Frozen fruit is great for this, but make sure you're buying the kind without sugar added, or it sort of defeats the healthy! ;)

Scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage & salsa and toast.
