I get muscle spasms on my lower back every morning when i get up of bed. And it lasts all morning like until 11 or 12, If i sit its worst but i cant walk much either. Im only 29 years old and i feel older with these pains. Make sit difficult to walk and run errands, Its like my lower back gets tired (dont know what t o call it) Im not a lazy person but this is killing me. Im currently a stay home mom but im wondering if i go back to work ,i can stand or sit too long. If anynody experience this ,what have you done for it or its medical condition?

I have and still do suffer with this problem, not as often now though. Get it checked out by your doctor. He/she may recommend physical therapy. It has done wonders for me and now I do the exercises at home. The physical therapist will teach you different things to help stretch and strengthen those muscles. Make sure to keep going to PT though, even if your back seems to feel better. Remember, it may take up to 6wks for your back to be back to somewhat normal.

To this day, I still go to PT and do the exercises at home. (I suffer from a low back problem though) It really seems to help so give it a try. Your doctor may also do some tests, whether it's in the office or take an x-ray to see if there is any other problem.

Good luck

Mine began when I was barely 21 and pregnant. Through the years it comes and goes, and at times I have lost the ability to walk. The doctors I have seen said there is nothing they can do for this, other than to give me pain relaxers as needed. Maybe things have changed today, and there is something they can do.. I just refuse to be cut on.
I have tried to hold my posture in a more correct fashion, even through the pain (which can not be done really!).
I wish you the very best with this .
