ok I have tons of ideas.. here are some
1. you can make him a nice candle light dinner
2. you can pack a picnic up and take him at night to a park or the beach or you can even do it in your room put glow in the dark stars on your roof lay out the basket on your bed and light some candles around the room..
3. how long have you been together?? well figure it out and get that many ballons fill each ballon with a little paper taht has a reason why you love him.. and then have him pop them it will be fun
4. make a bad day box.. get a shoe box decorate it an dfill it with things that mean soemthing to both of you a picture of you & him, his fav candy, a stuffed animal a cd etc..
5. get a little box fill it with stars ...and put if I had a star for everytime you make me smile I wopuld have the entire night sky in my hands

If he's into music make him a cd of all the #1 hits on the day he was born every year

I dont know how good you are with your hands but try putting aside an hour of pure relaxing massaging and pampering. You can even cook him some dinner or make some dessert and turn it exotic.
