Hello Everyone.. :)

I see this constantly here.. :(

For those that do not believe in God..we are wrong?

For those that do believe in God or godesses we are right?

Instead of saying who is right and wrong..can we try and help one another, can we say uplifting words of encourgement?

To All, whether you be Jew, Gentile, Believer or Non-Believer, I Love You with all of my heart.. :)

With Love..In Christ.. :)

If you want to preach love and acceptance, you won't hear any complaints from me.

Unfortunately, your religion teaches everything but that.

Sorry, it's just the truth. And since your religion won't admit its failings, or its falsehoods, we atheists are going to have to do it for you. I hate that I have to trample on people's heartfelt beliefs in the process. But I won't stand by and watch any more injustices committed in the name of anyone's "god".

Your sentiment is very touching and I completely agree with you.

With that said people in large groups tend to get a mob mentality. The doctrine of their belief is right (why else would you follow it) and what is wrong with you for not adhering to my train of thought.

At the same time, what people miss, is that the miricles, traditions, and the mantras are meaningless if there is a God and he is a just and fair as you proclaim him. Surely the most important part of any belief is that you live well and treat others as you would like to be treated. Who has the better chance of going to heaven, one who demands proof to believe yet otherwise lives a "moral" life, or the canon thumper who judges and damnes all those different in the name of God.

If God is omnipotent and envowed some of that wisdom into mankind then let me ask... Which one would you want hanging around for all eternity?

God bless you Eye! I agree with you. If we are to keep learning, we must not point our fingers at people and declare that they are unequivocally wrong, or right. If we are to really improve our understanding of God, I think it is best to just listen to what people have to say, whether we agree or not, and try to hear where the person is coming from at least. You can learn from anyone. And if you close your mind to what they are saying by declaring they are wrong, without even listening, then you will not learn from them.

Of course, we do not have to agree with everything. But there is a way to have a healthy dialogue, and a healthy debate, which maintains the respect which all parties deserve.

No. There are people of some faiths who are not happy with the view that "This belief is right for ME, and I am happy if your belief is right for YOU". THAT would be inclusive. Unfortunately because theists cannot be relativistic about their beliefs, often needing explicitly to "witness" to others who do not share their delusion (ugh!), their agenda is nearly always determined by "I am right and you are wrong". Don't expect the rest of us not to say we noticed that.

I agree - it's like a rabid dog chasing its own tail. It's infuriating.
Better to let it be or the men in white coats will come for you. By the way, in case you didn't know, I'm right and everyone else is wrong. That's God's plan.

what you believe to be right I may not and what I believe to be right you may not. GOD is to big to be in only one place and there are many ways to get to ones destination as an example one can walk, ride a bike, a motorcycle, take a train, a bus, a plane, etc. getting to the destination is the important thing -- not how we get there.

As long as your religion has as it's stated and much anticipated goal, "The End Of The World", you will continue to be called "WRONG' by those of us that don't agree with your willingness to destroy us all.
