I suggest you search for tattoo sites on google, some of them hold galleries where you can see wich tattoo models they got, some even have forums where you could ask your question and eventually get more help than here...
Also, you always can comission an artist (on sites like deviantart or elfwood) to make you a tattoo drawing of your saxophone. Some people may ask for money, some will gladly make it for free, you have to look around...
Good luck! :)

I'm assumking you're wanting this for a tattoo for yourself or someone else instead of just for a picture.
Your best bet woul probably be to download some Clipart pictures of what you want, as they are simple, free and quite easy to get hold of.
Take that to your local tattoo parlour, and more often than not, they'll be able to use that image =)

I don't know of a website that will be that specific. In my experience the best way to get a customised tattoo is to either draw it yourself or if you're not that artistic find a good photo/picture of one and scan it or trace it.
Put any shading you want on it (but don't over do it as if it's a good tattoo artist they'll take care of that) and give it to the artist. They'll make a transfer of it and if you don't like it ask them to change it until they get it right.
My husband got a wicked tattoo of Royal Flush poker hand on the top of his left arm that we designed from a belt buckle we found on line!

You have to pay for the good ones. Nobody will allow you to download them for free
