I you don't know what to get her you have bigger problems than finding a present. Material thing aren't important try doing something for her or writing her a letter telling her how you feel about her.

A classy piece of jewelry will last longer than all the other things anyway... see if you have some kind of local artisans market and find a one-of-a-kind handmade piece.
