acting weak mean strong and acting strong means weak.

shrugging shoulders, sighing, sliding chips in gently, seems to be interested in something else, and when the flop comes they glance and look away, acting like they are going to check, and subtle glances at chips. all these tells mean that they are strong USUALLY

flinging chips in, exagerating there forearm when they bet, staring at you to intimidate, when you bet they grab there chip stack as if they are going to call or raise. these USUALLY mean that they are weak.

Different people have different tells...but what I notice mostly is how people play their hands. If you have someone who folds a lot either right before the flop or right after, but then suddenly starts betting and playing...you need to evaluate your hand! With others, they play by the ATC method, which means they will play any two cards! These are the hardest to tell...So don't forget to evaluate your own hand before you start watching the other players.

I think the importance of tells is overrated. Most people don't play for life-changing sums of money. You will learn a lot from looking at the cards a player shows down. Who knows, you might 'detect a tell' from somebody with Tourette's Syndrome and make a huge blunder!

Keep track of their actions every time you know they did bluff a hand. There's always some tell tale sign a person will do from habit that will give them away. Sometimes it takes a while to spot it.
