They have zero cholesterol. However, they do act (because of the beta carotene in them) as a fat-soluble anti-oxidant which keeps free-radicals from oxidizing the cholesterol already in your body. When the oxidation of cholesterol occurs, that's what causes it to begin building up in/on your arteries. That's bad, so eat lots of things with beta carotene in them to help control cholesterol from other foods.

None, cholesterol comes from fat, usually animal sources, so prunes and most fruits have none. Avacado has some and some other fruits and veggies, but most don't have any. Sugars and carbs yes, and dried fruit is concentrated, so it can be high in sugar.

Zero. Cholesterol is a product of animals not plants.
i.e. Unless it's made a weird way with animal products added somehow.
