Have you been ill recently? That could deplete your body's storehouse of vitamins. Also, you need to make sure you eat stuff that has B vitamins in it.

if you eat a crappy diet- food that doen't have too much nutritious value. Eat more whole grain, fruits and veggies and have a b-complex supplement everyday, if you are concerned.
