I don't like working out at gyms, i feel to self conscience. I feel better working out at home. I would like to lose about 50lbs over the next year to get down to 110lbs. im not sure what kinda tape i should use or if there would be a combination that would work well for me. I have tried billy banks, i did lose alot of weight but at the same time it was to high impact and i hurt my knees a bit.

Tae-Bo is the best. I own Winsor Pilates, but the pace is too slow; it doesn't present a challenge. It does help strengthen your core and improve your posture, it's good for days when you just don't want to do anything. Tae-Bo is great cardio, burns a lot of calories, really tones your body, and you feel more powerful. I recently purchased Bootcamp Elite series with the weighted Resistance bands and it's wonderful. Your arms will tone, abs, legs, and butt. Try it you'll love it.

Workout tapes are the hardest way to lose weight. Trust me i lost 23 LBS. in 2 weeks by drinking water and putting on a sawna suit then i would either get on a bike (at the gym) or a real bike, walking 3 miles and jogging. Now i'm not a super runner i hate running but i did it. i ran -stoped, ran -stoped, whatever it took to lose fat or weight whatever. Buy an MP3 player put your music on it, you gotta drink water and eat healthy which i F8CKIN' hate to do but... allow yourself to eat anything you want on a Sat or Sun .. only one of those days!

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).

I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

There are a number of great work-out tapes out there. Including Tai Bo, and yes, Richard Simmons.

Don't laugh at me, but those Richard Simmons tapes really are the best. They have good music, and good low-impact exercises. I lost 20 lbs using some of my mom's old Richard Simmons tapes. Not to mention you get to laugh at his outfits and corny jokes through the whole thing :)

Look for something quite new on the marketplace....

Go to www.momsintofitness.com and purchase the Lindsay Brin workout series. They are truly outstanding and enjoyable. You might enjoy Boot Camp a whole lot.

I like using slim in 6 by Debbie Siebers. If you take your time on each video you really do feel yourself getting stronger. I think that they tell you to spend a week on each video but I took my time and it was worth it.

This may sound crazy...but the cardio strip video by Carmen Electra...it is slightly ridiculous....but it is really fun and will keep you involved...also it is low impact so it won't hurt your knees....
