Add your paint to drywall mud, and put in on with a trowel. Or you can apply it with a large paint brush, then trowel it out smooth after you have done a small area at a time.If it dries too fast hit it with a spray bottle before you trowel it.

Do a search for "faux painting" at www.diy.com. It's a very good idea to practice your technique and test your colors on a board or something before you try it on the wall (I speak from lots of experience, lol!). Keep in mind that you need to work FAST when you're doing this so that one layer of paint doesn't dry before the next is blended in. If possible, have two people work on the project together.

I have received so many compliments on my kitchen; it's amazing what a little paint can do! Have fun and enjoy!!
