Depends on whether you want the real nacho cheese...
...or the nuclear orange cheese sauce you see at the cineplex, gas stations and other fine dining establishments.

Real nacho cheese is cheddar cheese. Just grate some Tasty Australian on your tortilla chips (not the Doritos types, the Tostito type without all the Banana-Shrimp-Squirrel flavor dust all over it).

The nuclear "cheez" option is actually my preferred method. Go to Jason's Market, either at Tanglin Mall, Paragon or behind Four Floors of Wh*res. They stock Velveeta brand cheese. Jason's Tanglin also has spray on cheese is you really want to break out the ah-beng/red-neck in you. Just slice and nuke and it turns into the real deal. They also have the nacho cheese stuff in a jar, but that stuff is even too scary for a guy who doesn't question what goes into hot dogs.

Try Foodland if they have it. I live in Thailand and it's probably more difficult to find cheese sauce here that it is there (We don't even have Dorritos!). If I cannot find it at Foodland, I go to Tesco Lotus.

You should have one of the two stores there Foodland or Tesco Lotus. But, Foodland is the best!

Good luck.

I found mine in Carrefour at Plaza Singapura. If its out of stock, try jason's - they are likely to have imported sauces like this.
