we liked each other secretly for a year. My best friend also liked him so I decided to step out of the picture. Then, before I was due to move to another country, he finally told me he loved me. We never kept a long distance relationship and it wasn't a happy ending...but that feeling was sweet.

First love..hmmm learned alot about love, life, and after 10 years we went our separate ways. I believe we both hold a special place in our hearts for one another.

Now as a grown woman knowing what being in love feels like and losing it (to his death) that's something that can mess your mind, and heart up, big time.

Love is at it's best when it's mutual and it is true happiness. There is no drug out there that can replace the emotions-feelings of 'love'. I miss it.

Best of Luck

I had thought all my life I knew what love was and that my first love was fabulous. Then I turned 35 and discovered for the first time was true love was. This is better than any crush I had before and I hope it never ends.

Your first love will come along.

I am 24, and have been with my first real love for almost a year now. He's amazing, and we are planning our future together.

Be patient, and don't settle for just anyone. We deserve the best!

Mine was full of fun and romance and even hot moments with passion. It was one of the most memorable set of moments I have had in my life and it all ended in heart ache. I would do it all over again in a blink of an eye.

My first girlfriend was great and were doing great together, at least from my part, but then she re-arranged with her f*****g ex and during our relationship she used to tell me how her ex used to hurt her (verbally and physically) and how she wished that she met me before. But I think that those things were only bull***t

After meeting my husband, I realized that my first love wasn't love at all.
Don't try to meet someone, focus on having fun doing the things you enjoy. Then you will meet people and someone may know someone who knows someone who meet introduce you to your love...
