Am looking for a way to reduce fat without side effect and i usually take lipton tea without sugar every morning. Friends are saying that it has side effect.

the only side effect from the tea could be from consumption of too much caffeine, but nothing much. Green tea helps speed up the metabolism more, but you simply cannot lose weight from drinking tea. You need to eat less and excercise more.

No lipton tea without sugar does not have side effects. As far as I know, I would recommend green tea b/c it has EGCG which is an antioxydant that will help you reduce fat. Also it has a lot more benefits as oppose to regular tea

Tea is a duiretic -- meaning it helps people urinate and eliminate bad product in our body -- including bad fats and some stored fats. Drinking tea especially without sugar really helps reduce fat, but not that much. I don't know about the side effects of that...

Tea is a natural laxative, and drinking it will help you to lose weight, by excreting more than you normally would. There is no side effect to drinking tea, Lipton or otherwise. It is a nice comforting drink, especially in the winter, and a good tool to use as part of a weight control program.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Tea has caffeine in it. Other than that, and the fact that tea can have a diuretic effect, I've never heard tea reduces fat.

no it just tea. if your not taking in extra sugar then you will lose weight. infact most diet books say that tea without sugar is good for you. if you are useing artifical sweeter does have side effects. it takes the calcum out of your bones and it cause seriuzers.
