You are over tired so you need to find a way to adjust your routine. Try exercising in the morning, adjusting your diet to include foods with vitamin B, C, and A., and in the evenings avoid caffiene. Turning off your TV, computer, or radio an hour before bed is benefitial to helping your mind settle down and will aid in helping you get a better night's sleep.

i have the same problem, but i know i am a night owl, if you work during day set your bedtime and make sure your in bed at that time, also take Tyenol pm, it works really good for me. if you work nights then sleep during day. also if you eat when ever you want dont eat after a certain time in the evening.

You're a nightowl- that is, a person who simply is more alert at night than during the day.

If it's a problem, you could try resetting your body's internal clock. Or you could use it as an asset and do your work at night.

Could be your diet, I'm the same, try eating lighter, or keep active during the day till night.

I have the same problem. exhausted all day, wide awake come 10pm. some say more exercize during the day could help, but it didn't work for me...i guess we are just night people :)

your body has an imbalance of protein verse sugar and you need to see a physician to change thing around. Change your diet, change your sleep habits and you change your life.
