Yes; my right foot is slightly wider than my left. It's a bit of a pain, but nothing too serious. There are people whose feet are distinctly different sizes; I recall reading about an organization that helps people get together with others who have feet that are opposite their own - for instance, if you have a 7 right and 9 left, then they help you get with a person of the same gender who has a 9 right and 7 left; that way, you can purchase two pairs of shoes, one in each size, and both of you will have a pair that actually *fits*!

Erindehart has it right.
Your question concerns what is called bilateral symetry : the matching size/shapes of the two sides of the body. No one has it perfectly matching. Usually the dominant hand, arm, leg & foot are slightly bigger than the non-dominant.

Yes. One foot is bigger, one ear is bigger, one eye is bigger, one hand is bigger, one leg is longer, and one arm is longer.
If you have two, one will always be bigger/longer than the other. Mother Nature did not work with exact formulas.

Yes, my left foot is slightly bigger. I always make sure I try on new shoes with that foot.
