Well, i think the reason is because she always get hit for doing bad things. ITS NOT A STAGE IN GROWING. SHE PROBABLY WANTS SOME ATTENTION AT HOME, AND SHE KNOWS IF SHE BE BAD AT DAYCARE, THAT'S THE ONLY WAY PEOPLE WILL NOTICE HER. YOU NEED TO SIT AND TALK TO HER. I'M SURE SHE KNOWS THAT WHAT SHE'S DOIN GIS WRONG. ALL KIDS AT THAT AGE KNOW. TALK TO HER AND FIND OUT WHAT'S WRONG. MAYBE THE KIDS AT SCHOLL BOTHERS HER, SO SHE PROTECTS HERSELF, OR MAYBE SHE'S DOING WHAT HER PARENTS ARE DOING AT HOME. IF A CHILD GROWS AROUND VIOLENCE. THE CHILD WILL EVENTUALLY DEVELOP THAT BAD HABIT AND BE RIDICULE. I HAVE LITTLE COUSINS LIKE THAT.

it's the age...I remember my kids going through the laugh at all punishment stage. Oh I thought I was going to loose it. Keep pressing on and use time out more at this stage than anything else. Oh I don't believe in the age /time thing..You know 1 min for every year...If it takes 10 min in time out it takes that long....

My son is the Chucky of the new era. I couldn't f*ck wit him even if i did spank him, so i watched him play in his room with his favorite toy and then took from him while he was playin so that he knows how it feels to be bullied. She'll get a bully one day when she's older and she feel bad for earlier times.

Then her punishments need to include removing her from the other children when she bullies the other children. If this means she sits at her own table during snack time or she sits by herself during craft time then so be it.
