Your height is related to genetics, so you can't actually increase it. However, there are a number of things you can do to take the most advantage of the height you have. One significant way to appear taller is to improve posture. You can do this especially well by starting a weight training program. Give it a try. You might be surprised at the difference you feel. the weight training also helps you to feel much better about your appearance overall and then you may not be as concerned about your height.

I hope this helps. Best of luck.

depends on your age. Most girls stop growing by 15 or 16, . If you are in India, there are homeopathic doctors who give you tablets to increase your height by 4 or 5 inches, if you are a male under 24. I know of somebody who tried this and it worked.

higher shoes, or keep growing.
There is not much you can do about it, other than to make sure you get good nutrition as you grow.
If you are already fully grown, then that is it. Do not fall for scams about stretching exercises, pills, etc to make you taller. It will make no real difference.
The best thing is to be happy with who you are, and that will give you all the height you need. Be confident with who you are, and people will sense that.

You don't. You grow as long as you're going to, then there is no more.

But if you take good care of yourself and have good posture, you will be as tall as you possibly can be.
