Moses was the most humble on earth in the eyes of God. (Numbers 12:3) He was given the job to liberate the Israelites.

He left behind all his wealth to serve God. He executed miracles that glorified God. He did everything assigned to him. In other words, he was qualified for the job.

Moses was the meekest of all men.....Numbers 12:3 He had an inability to speak flently which made him shy...when approaching Pharoah it was Aaron who did all the talking for Moses. Moses wanted to decline his assignment pointing this speach impediment out as an excuse ....But God's anger blazed against Moses. So God let Aaron speak instead.

From what I have gathered through the thick fog of mythology, God only spoke to Moses burning bush to face.
