I'm living in Italy and here not a lot of people has received this unispacer. I was looking for somebody in the U.S. who has received this mini-invasive knee implant a while ago to confirm me if is again pain free or not. The first answer (from Grammadebbie 50) would be worthy with being voted by me as "best answer" but if possible I would like to get direct contact with the people who got the unispacer. The second answer is out of my question since I've an insurance who covers my surgery but the fact is that "I don't need, and I don't want; a TKR".
Thanks to whoever can help me better.

I dont have the answer but wanted to reply because i too am scheduled for this surgery.
I know many that have had this surgery and they all swear by it--they can now walk and are pain free.

It is however--a must to do the therapy afterwards in order for success.
Recovery is long but worth it--I have been told.
