There are special scar reducing plasters available from your pharmacist. See your pharmacist for advice.
Edit
Many of my patients have acheived good cosmetic results using the scar reducing plasters or the paint on scar reducing gel. These cost as little as £13.00 for the paint on scar reducer and work quite well although the scar will never completely disappear the improvement in appearance is marked.

These can be quite difficult, depending on the nature, such if it sticks up from the surface or is below. Even those that are flat have lost the pigment, thus, the mark shows.
While others have been a bit or a lot flippant in their remarks, I realize how seriously these marks can bother a person, even smallish ones.
Sometimes a very small mark can be reduced or removed by some sort of face peel. If larger, the reduction may be little. Consider if you will an older person going to the chemist for an over the counter wrinkle remover. Could soak their heads in a vat of the stuff and wrinkles would remain.
There is also the option of some sort of cosmetic medical treatment, done right, this may all but eliminate, or in some cases completely eliminate the woundmark. Paying for such is another matter, of course.
I have a few myself, but little on my face, so I haven't bothered to get rid of them. I think mine give me character, though I am a bit odd about these things.
If until you decide upon a course of treatment, or none at all, it may help if you remember, as I do, that woundmarks are the price we pay for living, and that our mates, our loved ones do not really care. In society at large it can matter, but unless ghastly we are not the elephant men or women of the age. Anyone who holds it against us is immature, illbred, and not worth our bother or feelings.
Having said the foregoing, it might be well to consider that if your particular mark is sufficiently noticable to prevent employment or is causing a provable psychological condition, National medical may cover the cost of treatment. At least you might have a good case for it.
For the now, I do wish you all the best: may the right ideas and right solution come your way. And, be good to yourself, that woundmark gives you a unique quality, one that may be appreciated by the some if not the majority who will never mention it.

It depends any skin marks could be treated by minor surgical ways
but another way is to try using any pH neutral soaps for face wash
facial with turmeric and milk paste with red sandal added to it serves good to some extent
just try pasting pure honey for one month time could help
good luck

Bio Oil is supposed to be really good at making scars virtually disappear. You can get it at any chemist.

you wont be able to remove it without surgery....a scar will fade through time, if you were female I would suggest a subtle make up, you can also get scar reduction creams.
